The Free plan charges 0.5% per payment with no monthly fee, and includes USDT and USDC on the low-fee networks. Premium is $24.99/month, drops the fee to 0.2%, and unlocks USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20 and ETH. On top of that there is one flat network fee per coin, charged at cost and deducted from the amount rather than added on top.
No. There are no setup fees, no per-wallet fees and no monthly minimums. The fees page lists the flat fee for every coin.
Free accounts get unlimited wallets with up to 500 addresses per wallet and 100 API calls per minute. Premium removes the address cap and raises the API limit to 500 calls per minute.
Confirmed payments are swept into audited custody wallets and credited to your balance, which is reconciled against the chain continuously. You can withdraw to any address you control at any time, or enable auto-withdraw.
Withdrawals are broadcast on-chain right away and arrive as fast as the network confirms them - usually seconds on Tron, TON and Solana, minutes on BSC, and up to an hour for Bitcoin depending on fees.

Every payment event POSTs to your callback URL with an HMAC-SHA256 signature over the delivery id, timestamp, event and payload. Verify the signature with your webhook secret and replayed or forged callbacks are rejected. All plugins and SDKs verify it for you.
